  1. This decision to bail out the wealthy depositors 100% at SVB was a real kick in the teeth. We've been working hard, preparing to find a decent house at a fair price. So I'm discouraged. Especially because we're older (I'm at least old enough to be your mom, Travis) and frankly, we don't have a long time horizon to wait. If the Fed pauses or God forbid, pivots next week......well, I don't even want to think about it. Thanks for your analysis & insights, Travis, I appreciate your hard work.
