On the Florida gulf coast, I'm starting to see more listings with price reductions & even new home builders reducing their prices. This is quite a change, since a few months ago, some builders were consistently raising prices. I'm not buying yet, because it seems like we're just at the beginning of this transition, but it looks more encouraging for buyers.
