  1. This Redfin map is super interesting. I'm hoping that the gulf coast (Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota) does come down significantly since the price increases there were incredible over the last 2 years. But I'm concerned that since the area is very desirable, prices will only moderate a little & will basically remain inflated. I'm on the sidelines & watching for now.
