  1. We want to move to the Florida panhandle area. Unfortunately, DR Horton has a monopoly on building & Lennar is entrenched in the area too. Very disappointing to have these lowest-tier builders taking over so much of the area. Insurance is easier to get & rates are better with new construction, so that's the way we're leaning.
