  1. Thank you SOOO much for analyzing FL! My 1st choice to relocate to is the Tampa area so I'm watching it closely. I agree with you that prices are starting to come down, I'm seeing some price cuts on listings that I've saved. But I still think, in general, that the Tampa area is still overpriced. Thanks for doing this work, Travis!
