  1. 9th!!! HAHA I gotta get a lot faster! I hate that institutional investors are buying up SFR's but I do NOT think that the bloated federal government should get involved. The choice to allow institutional investors to buy entire tracks of housing should be controlled at the state & city level. If citizens don't want blocks of single family homes to be sold to investors, they should work with their state/local governments to pass laws that reflect what the people in that area want.
