  1. Travis, thanks so much for doing these updates while you're traveling! I think the next shoe to drop will be the crash of commercial real estate. I expect unemployment to be rising & then personal credit defaults. I think new home builders are overbuilt in some areas, but I'm thinking FL is not part of that. Demand is still so high & new inventory is not coming on market very quickly, so I think people will turn to new home builders because there's not a lot else available, especially for 1st time buyers.
