@JD It definitely doesn't, but that doesn't mean she's guilty of anything either. She might be dense or froze and then passed out drunk. Who tf knows. But no way the FBI will miss it if something is off

@RS-tz2zn Because his cellphone was pinging in similar areas before and after the murder that the car was seen at. And his dam DNA was left at the crime scene. And on top of it yes, he fits the description very well. That affidavit was one of the most damming I've seen. And more is to come. Idk how you guys are coming up with this weak case stuff but it's crazy. He's in a bad spot

Read the affidavit. He'd have to be literally the most unlucky person ever. Have you seen the car and how they tracked it, and the fact they actually saw him get out of the car at school an hour later? Or his cellphone basically matching up with the area of the car the entire time. Before and after? And just happened it go off during the killings? Or the fact his cellphone pinged around that house 12 times leading up to the murder? Or the fact that they're probably going to find something inside the car anyway? It's an affidavit where they usually don't share everything and it was still one of the most detailed ones I've seen. There's going to be more evidence we don't know about. He's screwed

He was going to get them also? That's all speculation. Also, the fathers DNA wasn't on the knife. The fatgesa DNA was in the trash which gave them a 99% match to the knife. Which eliminated 99% of the population. Then they took his DNA after arrested.
