Pretty easy when you're catching 100lb girls sleeping, after drinking, at 3am etc. He's in his physical prime at 28, is a big dude, used to box so is good with his hands and strong, used a huge knife, and caught them off guard and out of it. I'm sure byt he time someone went to scream he stabbed them in the chest etc. It's not hard to believe at all, but sickening to think about.
