  1.  @A13XLaircey  Anyone who just keeps a dog on a leash in a backyard has no business owning a dog. It's your responsibility to take care of the dog if you get one. You need to deal with raising it and its needs, and change your life if necessary, or find a better owner. Bottom line. Everyone wants a dog, until they have to take care of it
