  1. I wouldn't say the case is sketchy. The fact he said it late, could be sketchy. Or maybe he wasn't thinking at the time. Maybe it hit his brain later. Like wait, that was the night I heard it! Sometimes that happens when you hear noise every night from partying. Etc. We'll see.

  2. Oh God. Get a grip. It's college. We were all young and we all partied when we were young. Or at least most of us did. We usually grow up, and change as we age. I was loud etc and I'm extremely respectful to most people and especially my elders and I'm not young anymore. It's part of life. Lack these qualities? Give it a rest. You're only young once. You can't say they lack anything just because they liked to have fun at college

They're not idiots Also the scream could have come from anywhere honestly. A party near by, etc Either way I wouldn't be surprised if he was involved.
