People in here saying the Feds, State Police and Locals are all in on a conspiracy with the witness to frame this guy, have legit gone off the deep end. And it's embarrassing. First you're pissed they're not doing enough, now you're mad that they were doing alot behind the scenes and are calling it a frame job? All we have is the affidavit. Which btw was extremely detailed for an affidavit. But it's just an affidavit. So I can only imagine how much other evidence they have. Wait for the rest to come out. Just because it was done quickly and you aren't happy with a witness doesn't mean he was framed. Ffs. The fact he was quick was probably the reason for his mistakes. Sure he was efficient in what he came to do, unfortunately, but because of him moving quickly and leaving quickly, he made a mistake. It actually makes perfect sense. And anyone saying he couldn't do that, that quick, doesn't understand the damage a knife can do in the right spot. It's over in a min. It's not Jason Bourne. It is crazy, but not a reach. Two drunk 100 lb 20 year old girls in bed? Sleeping? Then moves on, catches two more drunk 20-21 year Olds at 4 am, probably flips out, and it's over. He's 28, probably in good shape even if he looks thin, and sober with a large knife. They have no weapons. Scared to death. I think he was talking to them like it's gonna be OK and then attacked out of nowhere. I also think that's why he made mistakes. He was moving fast which helped him take out more people unfortunately, but fortunately for us, it caused mistakes All It takes is one wound and it's over in mins. You're on the ground wheezing. He probably stabbed them in vital area every time.

@deannacousin2339 Not all of them. Two were in bed most likely sleeping. Two were probably awake but he definitely caught them off gaurd. And all it takes is one deep puncture and it's over in a min. He rushed and he's no genius, but it seems he knew where to stab and stabbed extremely hard unfortunately

@zzz7zzz9 Maybe. I mean I'm not some obsessed cop lover or anything. I'm not a defunder either. I think there are good and bad ones. But LE did an dam good job here. These comments are getting absolutely absurd. I just read someone say it's going to get thrown out of court because it took them too long to get him. Lol wtf Another one said they thought he was guilty until they read the affidavit, and now it's clear his innocent! itzhexen He did. Less. And considering two were in bed together and small girls, he definitely could. That probably took a few mins. He brutally stabbed them. Then he went into the others rooms, areas. One was awake. Probably took one out, maybe one ran at him and he ran right into the blade in his chest. Then he takes out another girl. That knife was big. I've seen a big guy die from a small knife and by a small dude, in mins. One stab to the heart. Started wheezing and then died on the spot. If you stab people with a large knife in the right area its over almost immediately. Now I agree it was fast, but I think that's why he left the sheath. I think be went all out, but wasn't being smart, which makes sense. Hard to be perfect when moving that quickly. He was also sober, 28 years old in his physical prime, used to box which I'm sure helped when swinging that knife, and caught a bunch of 20 year old drunk girls at 4am and one guys. I mean all the time lines up. The girl was on TikTok, then the friend heard her a few mins earlier, then she's crying, then silence. All within 5 mins. She's already gone probably and he's moving on. It adds up. It's just crazy how fast he did it I agree

@Guitar-ko9zn What. It's one of the must detailed affidavits I've seen. The affidavit made you thinks he's innocent? Then he's the most unlucky guy in history. Maybe read it again. Not trying to be a smart ass but come on. His car traveling that way, phone too, phone shuts off the time his car is seen, phone turns back on and car is traveling north in a wooded area for awhile. Wonder why.... Then heads back home. He's seen getting out at campus! Then his phone is tracked back to the scene at 9am. He left his sheath remember? Then he speeds off after deciding not to go in? Speed home again DNA on the sheath. His phone was aslo tracked around their house 12 times leading up to killing but wasn't tracked at all in that area after the 9 am go back. What a coincidence. . I guess he got tired of Idaho? Remember this is just an affidavit mind you. Usually you don't get much. Alot kor evidence will come out.

@itzhexen0 I completely disagree. Sorry man. I absolutely think they got the right guy. And the timelines with the car, etc and how fast it happened add up as to what she heard between someone is here and then crying. It happened quickly. As unbelievable as it may seem to you, I disagree

Long? Lmao. That was extremely fast and efficient for a quadruple homicide case. He's done. Thrown out of court? He couldn't even get bail ffs. Nothing is getting thrown out of court. The affidavit alone was DAMMING. Idk what you guys are reading but honestly you're creeping me out. It's like you want him to get off got some reason. Let due process do its thing.

@Guitar-ko9zn Well regardless, they will. No one cleaned. No one entered to clean. It was stopped immediately. Defense hired private investigators already as I said. . I don't find it fishy. But hey, guess we'll see. I'm not buying the conspiracy by the FBI, STATE Police and locals to setup a 28 year old PhD student. I don't think it will matter as I expect the to find plenty on his computer and in the car and I don't think this was his first time killing either

Wait for the rest of the evidence and story to come out. All we got was an affidavit, which by itself was extremely detailed for an affidavit. I can only imagine what other evidence they have.

I don't think she was and I don't think that's what she's going to say. I think she blew it off because of her being used to seeing people in there while she was drunk on top of it. Anyone, even someone you know, would scare the crap out of you if you opened a door and they were waking at you immediately in the dark. We'll see

@bdawg3942 The witnesses never said they slept through it. LE did for a reason. And I don't blame them. Protect the witness and don't tip him off. I just want to make that clear. From the beginning we see she reported what she saw. No one lied and then changed their story etc
