Democrats took over and turned it into a surplus and now it has the 6th largest economy in the world. So that's more of a recent thing. Not sure where you're getting this not anymore crap. And second of all the military will protect the government against people trying to overthrow it. Which would last about a week. Every Democrat I know is smart. Everyone Liberal I know is smart. They know policies, can debate facts, and know why they're supporting something. They're also successful. The Republicans don't even know why they support Republicans. Some of them even have democratic values. Alot of them actually but still vote Republican. And then bitch when things get fucked up. Then they proceed to vote another Republican in. And repeat. I'm not bragging at all, but I'm pretty intelligent. Way above average. I'm also a Democrat. My wife is too and she's very smart also. So is my sister. My father was one of the smartest guys I've met. Democrat even though he grew up in a different time with alot of Republicans. My sisters a teacher for mentally challenged children. Doctorates degree. Am I highly educated? No. Self educated. I would be highly educated but shit happens in life and that's on me. Same old could have done anything I wanted with my life story. Honestly. Anyway back to the point. I could debate 5 Republicans at once and make fools out of them when it comes to politics. I have before. I know some intelligent libertarians but they went to far down the rabbit hole. But to say Republicans are more intelligent is ridiculous. Remember when I mentioned that alot of them don't even know why they're Republicans? Or that they really can't debate? Well I always see a common theme with them. Always have. Always will. They're racist as hell. So are all those guys my pops grew up with. Because they're the old school catholic guys. That's why km proud of how my father turned out. Didn't just follow the pack when it came to that. Even though times were different and I might not blame him. But he's to smart for that shit. Those guys I know btw won't say it to a black guys or whoevers face, but behind closed doors they are. That's what brings them together. Not intelligence. Maybe its just my area but it's definitely a common theme.
