  16. Kathreen Sterling lol. Steroids don't make you turn into pacquiao. Roids or no roids, he's the same fighter. All they use them for is to recover faster when training. BTW, he has never used roids. Look at his body, never changed. Guy is a tiny welter. Really at best a true 135 lb fighter.
