  4.  @michah321  Maybe. But if he's so innocent, it shouldn't take 6 months. They'd be able it dismiss all of this quickly. It's clear he's up against a rock and a hard place man. Not gonna be easy for the defense. I'm sure their investigation is making up possible things he could have been doing during that time period
