  1. Anyone who is a good realtor will tell clients to remove photos and sentimental items. The buy has to see it as a place they would live, and not a place already occupied by someone else.

  2. @SnowLeopardForever  The point is irregardless of the cosmetic, philosophical, religious, or ethical reasons a person wouldn't buy a house, removing all personal items is a must to sell at market value.

  3. Any home that is ultra personalized whether with paint, photos, decor, ect will not show or sell as well. Any good realtor will tell their clients to depersonalize as much as possible.
