  2. Man I believe it. My husband just sold his trade work truck, F350 dually with a box bed. Sold it for only what he owed, >20,000 and it was a STRUGGLE. That and our bank has tightened their loaning standards so the buying pool is smaller.

  3. Yeah they can and do. With a Snap On scanner you can see what was deleted. My husband caught a dealer deleting a code for a minor part for a truck he was buying. It was a simple fix, but deleting the code is a cheaper abd faster option.
