  3. Texas pays teachers well. The issue is families moving thus schools loose funding because they get paid per student actually attending.

  5. @Heyu7her3  Now it does. No matter if you dont send your child to public school, property taxes will be used students within Texas. FYI, all caps is unnecessary.
