  10. I've been renting, sitting things out, but my husband and I are doing double time getting our stuff together to buy next year, because we have no idea whether or not who we rent from is going to be able to hold onto their homes.

  11. Me too. As a small, young family we had to rent an apt in the beginning, and taking the kids out to parks and hikes was a hustle. Kids need green space and dirt.

  18. Pricing cannot come down unless the buyers leave first, then sellers give up and drop their prices. For those who bought on the high, they won't be able to lower their price.

The streets and the one park is your sanctuary because its all you have, I get it. Children however deserve to have space, freedom to roam, nature and safety.

  50. Powell raising rates is just part of the inflation control. They are coming for jobs and income. When people cannot pay their mortgage due to job less or get rid of their upside down equity homes, 3% mortgages aren't going to be a factor in being able to keep their homes.
