  1. My dad is a non-degreed prototype machinist. Despite this, he is an absolute genius. The engineers love him because as someone who actively makes these intensely intricate parts, he's the one that tells them yes/no your parts won't work because of xyz instead of just making what's requested and landing them in trouble 😂
