Somehow Constitutions have a MAGICAL POWER that prevents their suspension - when the fact is that any executive in any system - any winner of a national election - has the theoretical power to suspend the constitution that he was elected under - if he chooses. And if that's an unpopular decision - then the legislature can remove him. But if it's a popular decision - then he can do whatever he wants - and the legislature just has to eat it. Welcome to ultimate legal reality. Stealing an election is a big deal. Trump should've suspended it so to round up the traitors and purge the military. He could have and he should have. And the nation would've cheered. But he ain't Lincoln. He's got wee little hands. : D
