  1. The reality is that every country in the modern century is authoritarian but for their own reasons of justification, the Chinese overall are atheist centric people with the majority of them being Han Chinese and here what we see is just a culture clash between both ethnicities which seek different ideals i.e the Chinese with their westernized atheist centric approach and Uyghurs with Islamic culture which has different ideals for their women and other restrictive ideals unlike the westernised block of majority of Han Chinese, these culture clashes are almost something which every country faces but also there's also the problem of Xingyang region which the Han Chinese seeks to have more control over as it was part of Mongolia in the past, China wants control over it as they obviously consider it part of their country which they could if they were more acceptable of ethnic minorities like other countries like India was in the past (until the majority of Hindu nationalists started regime change and oppressing their Muslim ethnicities) Sure theres no denying the Uyghurs are supported by western colonizers in their approach where they encourage radicalism instead of proper cultural tolerance on both sides and even reforming their practices as to understand the issues of both cultures and their flaws Some muslim ethnicities have been very conservative and protectionists sometimes to the extreme (stoning women and other practices which prevents women from engaging any any degenerative cultural beliefs) towards womens rights and mens to avoid other vices of society which western culture fails to acknowledge (which Chinese culture and almost any non orthodox and non religious cultures in modern times have adopted and accepted as westernization is pretty much accepted everywhere across the globe sadly without proper understanding or autonomy of existing cultures of those countries), while western culture encourages toxic liberalism towards women and encouraging experimental rights like lgbt rights ( which we are seeing having many issues in western culture with how overtly sexualized it is without any proper understanding or research on its consequences) which western culture encourages them to engage in prostitution and other predatory jobs and other cultural vices which some orthodox Muslims from countries find ill tolerant for many understandable reasons but their approach towards these ideals itself is ofc poorly done Both sides of the spectrum don't try to reform their ideals and culture and find the problems and flaws of their culture and discuss it together instead they lean towards extremism (i.e western culture with their high emphasis on women rights even rights which are harmful to them and some Muslim cultural ideals which deny any basic rights for women even education in fears of them learning any western degenerative ideals) Obviously again even efforts to try to reform their ideals and seek tolerance towards each others cultures are thwarted by those in power who want to take advantage of the peoples sentiments for their own twisted goal of colonialism which is exactly what's happening in China too China although it does claim to be secular still takes its notes from western culture itself (foreign Chinese students who learnt all the knowledge from western Universities and thus leading to harmful choices) which they could have avoided by understanding western culture faults and in turn not just taking inspiration from them, but again the blame doesn't just go on China as western culture and their ideals are literally everywhere which encourage harmful vices without proper research or understanding of maybe the consequences of their regular culture itself which those in "radical" Muslim countries find it ill tolerable understandably so China had abandoned their culture half a century ago with the cultural revolution which they took away even the positive historical cultures of their country which could have maybe helped them understand or take notes in maybe trying to have different approaches than the westernised approach they currently practice along with every country (even Russia which the Soviets didn't in the past but now has changed) Culture clash is a serious topic which people often don't discuss about and it's consequences are seen by these radical extremism and so called "reeducation" (cultural genocide) done by both sides in fact People seem to take pity for Uyghurs but also they are funded by western extremist groups throughout the middle East so its not just a matter of good vs bad here and there should be more understanding of the problems and issues with cultural ideals which in westernised countries across the world fails to acknowledge or reform themselves and we see its consequences
