Typical capitalist rhetoric acting like the US does not do the same damn thing and again the difference between the US and Soviets Union is that the US does the "ruling over the subjects" to its own citizens while with the Soviet Union they carry out the "ruling over the subjects" on actual opportunistic parasites like the elite class which you capitalists are probably defending them to your heart as yall hope yall gain the top positions one day cause yall are getting exploited by them Ofc the Soviet Union punishes people but who do they punish differs a lot as they punish the parasite rich elites class who exploit the working class Lol half of the so called "rights" that you mentioned only apply to those who are rich or privileged enough, i don't see any marginalized groups benefitting from those "unalienable rights" that you keep mentioning The constitution of the US regime was written for the rich elite class who were present during the day of the constitution and the so called "the government for the people, by the people" meant the rich people, not you peasants who always are servants for their wars 🤦

The capitalists bestow those "rights" for themselves, the constitution was never written for the US citizen, it was written for the rich elites who were listening to the speech and was directed towards them and Americans are ignorant privileged assholes who sit around whining about their problems while never holding their state accountable or maybe organizing and destroying the state created by the rich elites completely and creating a socialist state which actually fixes their problems
