Really it's very hard if not impossible for any actual good presidents to take incharge of the country especially when powerful oligarchs like the Rothschild and many other oligarchs will make sure their foreign policies get fulfilled or those overstepping their boundaries would disappear, let alone be allowed to become presidents like the mafia style tactics oligarchs use still hasn't changed for a long time now
