  10.  @svenhanson398  overall I believe westerners should leave foreign countries alone and just fix their own country instead, if anything is to be done it should be done by the people of those countries instead not by people who can't be trusted with their history of colonialism and obviously cultural changes which they will opt for as to live for their own convenience, does internal colonialism mean that other powers should interfere in their matters here? It does seem very convenient for changes and with these countries having historical damages being done to them they will obviously not look to receive any foreign help, China has overall done a better job with that especially when they don't look for whether they are considered terrorists by the rest of the world or not as the people who are in those foreign countries will reform for themselves if they would as with any power shifts throughout time, any interferences from other parties only leads to unintended consequences whether the western group in those countries making the changes want to implement their own culture or not and China understood this well and stays away from it, is why they still opt to trade with the Taliban despite their history as they only believe in the mutual interest of the country Afghanistan overall not the Taliban themselves as in their eyes they are just another political party, I don't believe westerners should interfere with anything across the world for their convenience and they are not the world police here and they should definitely leave world matters alone for good especially when people don't want to continue the same thing or have their cultures being ruined for the sake of western influences

  20.  @svenhanson398  well Tibet is in a similar situation with how Ukraine was with Russia here, you do forget they share land borders here and overall is also in a conflict with another nuclear power like India too over these regions and where western influences there too from the remnants of the British Empire, these are geopolitics which are between Asian borders just like with European borders with Ukraine which didn't need any western interferences too and thus doesn't justify another western meddling, the west is miles faraway from these regions and yet they feel the need to play world police in these matters? If the people of Tibet feel like they didn't want to reunite they would have elected not to join with China unlike the west which directly invades countries without any jurisdiction or governments of those countries having any say in these matters, you may argue whether it was colonization or reunification but overall in these times the politics of those regions should stay within those regions and should be resolved with the choices made from the people of those respective lands and if there are any turmoil within the people of those regions it would be regarded and acknowledged internationally and not just allowed interference from any powers as they feel like it, the west has enough interferences already and should look at their own regions instead of playing politics with other countries and installing military bases on foreign soil which I don't see being criticised for obvious reasons,

  21.  @svenhanson398      sorry I may have drawn a direct comparison with Ukraine and Tibet here, I would say it is more similar in the lines of Crimean reunification which didn't involve any military force and even if there were still didn't lead to a all out war, Tibet was in a similar situation which even if people claim was annexed still doesn't hold true especially for the majority of Tibetans and even if there were foul play involved especially with Dalai Lama's government which there were many controversies involved against it still doesn't mean justifying attacking China for it especially when it also doesn't help western media which continued promoting anti-Chinese propaganda to demonise this unification and where we haven't got a apt description of the events, either way if Tibet wants to separate from China then it should be done under a referendum like with Ukraine and under the International community not comprising of any western powers or influences especially when all such interferences has done is only worsen things for those who do carry sentiments of hatred, the approach of demonising another nation and its people is no way justified especially when the people of China should also have their opinions on these topics, if Tibet is to break up then China should have all of its investments taken from Tibet especially when they already had invested long enough for infrastructure and various other necessities like hospitals, schools and various other developments which Tibet lacked in the past, overall it is in the best interest for Tibet to be reunified with China especially with its rapid progression is beneficial for the people than harmful and any cultural or economical harm should be addressed by the people instead of just declaring a split which will be disastrous, u made a comparison between the British Empire and China in terms of development but you do forget that the British unlike China never allowed any Indian any higher position or education equal to their position or what was given to them or access to share those developments anywhere across India especially in poor villages, it's not the same with Tibet here especially when Tibetans are given equal positions now than in the past especially when the government didn't provide enough necessities for the people
