@navinasimoes yeah at what cost? Really these advancements were basically present for the workforce which would have arguably fought back if they were say denied all the resources that the rich enjoy, this still does not refute the fact that the British Empire is one of the most genocidal Empires out there even more than Nazi Germany as they rather gave these resources for them not to be attacked back and when it came time for them for need for resources like in WW2 , the so called war hero and celebrated influences like Churchill intentionally left millions of Indians in starvation as to feed his own troops, I'm sure you must know the Bengal famine which i bet hasn't been taught to the people but i guess western bias is something that sticks around, many of the Indians who enjoyed better status under British rule will surely talk about how grateful they were not considering how many of their own people were massacred in multiple incidents when protesting against the British Empire, but i guess Indians already were subservient even before the British Empire to their kings so it's not expected much from them

@navinasimoes please it was obvious a few number of Indians supporting the Japanese regime against the British Empire which was not mentioned in history as it doesn't fit the western narrative, it had nothing to do with the famine which stuck the real of India which obviously was starved out of its agricultural supply and lands as many were owned by British real estates, these aren't even dishonest points especially when there are multiple instances of British Empire carrying out various atrocities in multiple parts of the world like with the Chinese on how they continued Opium production in China and had a monopoly over their industrial sectors and many other nations suffering the same problems with colonialism which is still justified and called disinformation without proper understanding especially when British people still praise their war hero Churchill who's crimes are obviously hidden from the rest of the world

@navinasimoes you do realise that countries which are poor and it's people do want to escape their predicament which they are stuck in and assuming them as deplorable especially by leaders like Churchill who enjoyed all the wealths and power from the British Empire, India for the most part throughout history has been run by oligarchs especially the feudal system who were replaced by the British Empire and then assumed their positions today once the Empire left, so really unless the people themselves assume positions things would probably remain the same for India and many foreign nations across the globe which were run by Western powers in the past and still are economically

Viễn-Phương i didn't get why you had to repeat my comment tho but i agree, this game of geopolitics really shows how nations which are trying to avoid escalation are being considered the enemies while those which are warmongering and trying to introduce "democracy" onto foreign countries are considered heroic, modern times are really twisted no different from those slavery times i say where people used to look the other way away from slaves

@navinasimoes the so called Anglo Zion Empire is just a continuation of the British Empire as their wealth and power vacuum left behind was filled in by the US Empire, Europe is just as guilty especially with their NATO collaboration which they are already seizing all assets they've had across foreign countries especially with Russia, don't make us forget history here as it's obvious these Empires were built out of the blood of others, and now nations like India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Malaysia and many countries in the Global South which were formerly run by feudal rule have just taken over the place of those who were lower class especially when they seized up all the assets left by the British and other European Empires

cause they were the high caste people who benefitted from the colonial rule as servants for them via the divide and rule and were ruling India before the British were there oppressing the low caste while those low caste were barely treated like human and still are treated lesser by those powerful the western colonizer left power in the hands of those very high caste who are doing the same thing they did in the past as they have their leftover power status ans still doing the service of new western masters i.e the US and the western powers sadly some low caste people are grateful to the British instead of condemning them as they understandably at least got to have equal status with the high caste as the British only gave them basic facilities to create a obedient slave workforce for them who will do anything for them as they owe their lives saving them from the high caste people, and like with a person with stockholm syndrome feel grateful for their colonial masters who although gave them opportunities they still did it for their selfish gain and dispose of them, the lower caste which are the majority of the population should seek their own betterment instead of taking sides with colonialists and high caste rulers
1
its the same thing happening in every country where the high caste or ethnic group are the ones running their country and will do anything to cover up each others problems while those minority ethnic or caste groups are disposable servants
1
@navinasimoes why do you think poor countries are overall considered deplorable and the west as perfect, maybe you need to understand the fact that the west has built it's foundations by ruining other cultures and demonising them when they are poor, there are still some good cultures in India and various other countries which the west keeps demonising for them to push their own cultures onto others, maybe if you started questioning the west for its own horrific crimes against humanity, maybe people from poorer countries would develop and fix the problems which you claim it's having
1
doesnt mean that genocides shouldnt be called out especially by colonizers
1
@josevicentemartins9085 ok colonizer stop justifying your empire cause everyone else is bad, your countrys US Empire owns more than half the world causing conflicts and invasions discreetly and covertly but causing long lasting consquences which completely destablilizes nations beyong repair and worse are still the current colonizers still ruining nations while the other Empires u mentioned are dead and gone while the current one is still around, stop justifying your oligarchs actions colonizer and admit that your country is even right now causing trouble which u hypocritically defend
1
Viễn-Phương well i guess a foundation like the US Empire and British Empire were built on the graves of others really, not surprising of how much they feel the need to be everywhere across their globe causing damages to foreign countries especially when introducing their own culture and westernising and erasing foreign cultures and their way of life, hell even this person Ben Norton himself is a westerner who just supports foreign countries for them to be westernised for them to live graciously, it's really hard to take these people seriously even if they do speak anti western propaganda they still will continue to integrate their own culture onto others although in a subtle manner, we don't need any help from westerners doesn't matter which side are they from and people should be self-preservative and represent people from their own blood than foreigners like Ben Norton
1
Viễn-Phương oh you mean the censorship? Yeah i agree this is a huge issue which yt needs to stop for once, but i guess even this comment and yours would not be available to the public, these people will censor anything which even mentions yt censoring, anyways it is a good idea to reply to comments i agree
1
stop justifying your ancestors tho just cause everyone does it doesnt mean its a good thing
1
so that means the British get a pass on their actions which they did deliberately? sure colonizer keep justifying your ancestors actions
1
what is the history that u think is right then? the ones who are written by the victors?
1
it is horrific cause we can do so, not cause it was done with no choice
