  1. This movie got terrible reviews so I was reluctant to watch but did so out of boredom. I won't say that it was great but it was definitely better than "just tolerable". The eye for an eye / soul for a soul theme is nothing new by far but this flick was pretty well paced and didn't have very many cringe worthy moments to speak of. Letting the daughter to just wander around the brush off the side of the road was pretty dumb. Plus the mysterious woman in the beginning never asked the mom for any type of consent or payment for receiving help until after she worked her black magic...rude. As far as I'm concerned if the Devil wants to sell your soul he has to ask you first.

  2. This one falls into the "so bad it's good" category. It would be great if Oliver and Javier discovered their feelings for each other but I'm not holding my breath. Justin Chatwin must be desperate for work these days which is depressing. I really liked him in American Gothic. If Netflix renews this for a second season I'm shorting their stock.

  3. Great show but the subtitles are shit if you're watching the English dub over. The subtitles are direct translations from the German dialogue which differs a bit from the English dub. It sucks.
