Or is the government there to SERVE, whatever the herd size is? If we repudiated the "one child" program, we must also repudiate any government that promotes more births. The issue is not if the policy increases or decreases population, the issue is GOVERNMENT has no mandate over this There is no justification for government making policy nor taking action on this
