  5. The government does not need cells, prisions, courts or judges. Shepple already are happy and content to be under house arrest. They made their own houses into prisions, and then PAY TAXES on the houses used to imprision them "there is no hope in the proles" Before fighting for the freedom of our "fellow man"... we should verify that they want to excercise that freedom. Most people will stab you in the back if you stand up for them.
