@TSRHelios play fair and nobody sanctions nobody. Play hardball, get kicked in the teeth

@TSRHelios not "surpassed¨ , dumping. And those where not "sanctions", they are imposed by the World Trade Organization. But keep trying to sell the "sanctions bad" line... Cuba has milked that for decades
1
@TSRHelios we cannot agree to disagree. You have presented no argument. Name calling ("western blah blah") is not an argument. Try again.
1
@TSRHelios and yet to reply. Unwanted and uncalled commets in reply to someone to whom you have no obligation. Why would you do something you KNOW that is not your obligation? Furthermore... presenting no argument is not "an education". Name calling (western bla bla) is not an "education".... So you say you have no obligation to do something you CAN't do? Tell you what... DON't educate me. And DON't name call other people!!!

@TSRHelios disqualifying is not an argument. If you are so tired then try sleeping, not answering comments.

13:45 transparency I see what you did there.

Well that just sounds like slavery with extra steps Rick Sanchez

This is very similar to what happened to Olivetti. Good content.

Airlines, airports, duty free, impossible financing. This was a money laundering scheme. Even if they went bankrupt, or sold assets at a loss, the fees and interest payments were now "above the table". The tell-tale is the stretch to cargo routes to Brasil-Africa-Europe

Solid content

I lived to see transistors reach their Concorde moment. Yes you can fly supersonic, but who would pay for it?

The upmarket move is now "olive feed" meat https://youtu.be/7eMjYXRcm-0

Solid content There are several videos about the architecture of the buildings in Ivrea Olivetti failed, but it was NOT for lack of design and beauty https://youtu.be/fsXuotDvqFY https://youtu.be/G_4LmW0Zki8

This is a good video. Solid content.

4:50 twenty four smaller earthen dams Did any earthen dams fail UPSTREAM? Setting luck and chance aside - Was deforestation upstream a problem? - Did any earthen dams increase the surge volume into the Banqiao - Did Boshan or Suyahu have (proportionally) much larger spillway capacity? Or was management the difference? - By 1975 The Nimbus satellites were already operational. Was this unusual storm not detected?

9:00 The oil embargo is one of the greatest mistakes in history It spurred the development of deepwater technology. Once that sunk cost was incurred, it opened many smaller discoveries worldwide that would have not paid for the technology. Of the political consequences... let's not open that can of worms!

@gikigill788 First things first, we must use the correct words >>>> monopsony A monopsony is a market condition in which there is only one buyer, the monopsonist. <<< Secondly, you can't buy your personal MLRS because government forbids it. All these deformities of the markets are created by violent government coercion. So, pray do tell, how is a >monopsony< in disagreement with my comment on >monopolies< ?

@ishikinokami1575 NASA succeeded? Have you not seen SpaceX kick their ass?

@V1z10n Once again, it didn't work. It didn't work in Russia and it didn't work in Korea Anything "works" if you use taxes to finance and keep alive deadbeat companies. wiki: The Daewoo dissolution and corruption scandal was a 1999–2006 scandal in South Korea involving the bankruptcy of Daewoo, then-country's second largest company, and a subsequent corruption investigation, involving arrests, escapes and eventual conviction of dozens of company's top executives. The resulting scandal has been described as one of the biggest scandals in South Korea please watch the asinometry videos about Daewoo and Hyunday before defending government ownership of the means of production

11:00 "responds well to quarentines" Nope. What quarentines do is spread the cases along time so that (relative to population size) the signal gets buried Having said that... how did they ever manage to control this without PCR testing? Without nose swabs? Without a \/acc?

Do any of the CHIP subsidies compound with the Trusted Foundry program? Why fab 2nd rate nodes in low volume where there is no packaging nor manufacturing? Is Apple telling us that the iPhone will no longe be the cash cow?

-Need to reduce poverty, any ideas? 🤔 -Control birthrates! 👍 -Great leap forward! 👍 -Kill all sparrows! 👍 -Nuclear missiles!👍 - How about property rights and less government intervention? And THAT is how you get thrown out the window, erased from party's records and pictures

@answerman9933 Exactly. People are living too long for the design and scams planned by politicians. It is NOT that I say people must die younger... to be clear...people are outliving the "plan"...but NOT MY PLAN... the government's plan

@richardarriaga6271 I am glad you are doing well. But the (relative) wealth of your extended family at this moment is not the issue. The thing is what happens to YOU when YOU are older and YOU become the "extended" part of your children nuclear family.
1
@richardarriaga6271 strawman argument: When did I condemn them "forever"? My point is: if YOU want to feed, forgive and give charity to murderers... YOU can do more of that if YOU paid LESS taxes.
1
@Zahrul3 - Good point. I miss the black(purple?) sweet sticky rice with coconut SOOOO MUCH.

What I can't understand is why economist that still peddle socialism are not sued for profesional malpractice. If a medical today refused to wash his hands, he would be sued. Why is it that economists get a free pass on malpractice?
