In the Falklands a ship received a direct order to not touch the dud bombs it had received, to wait until a proper ordenance disposal team arrived...but the damage control group had already lifted the duds, and thrown them overboard. They had to reply that, sadly, they could not comply with that order. So it was courage plus god level trolling.
