  2. 20:45 "regulators need to decide" No. They don't. Regulators have no mandate nor legitimacy to act in this matter. The entire video is avoids the central issue: customers only care about price , and then make pikachu faces when they get the lowest price service. What none of this system or "solutions" provide is on time data, % of cancellations, delay or service quality measures that can differentiate these offerings. Airlines do not invest in IT, and do not mantain robust systems of planes and crews because customers have no way to find them and reward them.
