  1. 20 minutes of useless rambling, dancing around the issue 20:30 "introducing safety by design".... read this as GOVERNMENT regulation "for your safety" That is what he wants to leave unspoken, and what he avoided all along the rambling. As for the AI itself... the fact that a large language model can fool a human to believe that it is "empathetic" means nothing... half of all humans are below the median IQ.
