To the railroads: you made your bed and now you have to sleep in it. The bill is now due for decades of underinvestment, lack of innovation, and cozy politician connections. To the unions: The decades long fight against automation, using the unions as voting blocks for hire, that has consequences When politicians, unions and business fight each other the only loosers are the workers and the citizens.... they have to pay the new alimony expenses between these bickering "lovers" There is nobody worth a shedding a tear in this story.
