1-most young people don't even have life insurance. So the harm is under-represented. 2-private enterprise data, even if tainted by "greed and capitalism", is better than government data tainted by "common good"

@Liberty4Ever your comment is interesting Actuaries use death/mortality data. But where is the data coming from? And how is it checked for accuracy? Death gets a medical record and that goes to the epidemiological statistics. It also gets recorded for tax and inheritance purposes, thus escaping the purview of the Faucis/pharmas of the world. And a sub set of deaths gets recorded as insurance payouts. The actuaries are rocking the boat because these separate data streams used to correlate. They were checked one against the other. And the correlation is now broken. Respectfully.
