  1. The hospital capacity and overwhelmed ICU is a red herring. They have had almost two years and no new hospital capacity was created. They are actually firing nurses and doctors. They set up (at great expense) temporary facilites AND TOOK THEM DOWN. If there is no capacity, it is because they are managing the scarcity to suit political goals of permanent fear and emergency government by decree. ---- Preparing for a "worst case scenario"... but have built not a single new hospital?
