The left went very quickly from "the constitution is flawed outdated" to "let's defend the constitution" ALSO: there is no threat to the constitution. USaid is being audited. Audits are not "unconstitutional".

Exposing and making transparent how money is spent is constitutional. You are mad because it is being made public. You did not ask congress to vote for each one if these expenses. And you were quiet when that money was used to promote (whatever)

Vulpolox the money is allocated to USaid by law. But the law does not specify that it's earmarked for transgender opera in Colombia. The legislative assigns the money to the executive, then the executive spends the money. Auditing, making public what is the money being spent on is NOT "legislative infringement" Try again

The legislative makes the budget. The executive does the spending. The law does not specify the recipients. That is for the executive to determine So there is no infringement on the legislative. Furthermore, so far, the only thing that has been done is to make public how much was spent on what. The legislative has no power to order withold that information.
