  1. The voids inside the F16 hullform where filled with foam blocks to prevent later addition of new boxes of equipment. This was done on purpose. Guess that is why it was "slightly better" on this.

  2. My two cents: 6th gen fighters will be manned but not piloted. The human on board will monitor and control multiple drones, but his own airplane will fly itself, same as the drones around him. 6th generation's hallmark will be HANDS OFF fly by wire.
