Merida is growing at a crazy fast rate. Regards. 👍

I am not defending and will not defend the CFA system. I just want to point out that, among the many problems these countries have, hyperinflation (a-la Argentina, Venezuela, or Zimbawe) is NOT one of them.
44
@budakbaongsiah that is the point had these governments had the "independence" to print their own money, they would have ALSO punished their citizens with hyperinflation
11
@uchee211 let me know if you want tips 👍
11
@budakbaongsiah I did not say that. Strawman. What I DID say is that, had they had this "independence" it would have been WORST. Not the same thing
5
You are missing out. Mexico is really great. 👍

Best wishes to all Indonesia so that this change is a success. 👍 - Another reason to leave Jakarta are the earthquakes. Kalimantan is farther away from any tectonic edge

LatAm collectivists say the law of supply and demand has no effect on prices. Until the water level in the lakes that reduces the anount of transits on the canal "inevitable" rise prices.
3
@budakbaongsiah because politicians that have stolen all the wealth for decades would have no problem adding inflation to their sources of ill gotten gains.
3
Noteworthy: Haitians do not seek refuge in Cuba nor Venezuela. Both socialists worker's paradises with ample natural resources and governments praised for their health services, free education, and sports achievements. They risk life and limb to reach the "racist, explotative, capitalist hell" of the USA. Draw your own conclusions.

Min 8:45 How come the ethnic and religious differences are a problem? Isn't diversity a strength? JA JA JA On a more serious note. If the problem was the separation from the Ottoman empire, the solution is for Iraq to re-integrate itself back into Turkey. This would give Turkey access to the gulf, solve the water problem and give them a stake in the fertile crescent as a bread basket.
2
@rickycoverrubias6176 what is your point? Did or did not Germany have hyperinflation? Bolivia? Even Russia had it.
2
@benbouss6849 false. inflation is always a purely monetary issue. Milton Friedman won a nobel prize in economics for this. Sanctions are a red herring. First, according to socialist economics, free trade is harmful to local industry an jobs, so sanctions should promote in country development
2
@benbouss6849 isn't "huge debt" the very definition of mismanagement?
2
Thumbs down.
2
Terrible video. When it suits the narrative, it's Hamas vs Israel. When it doesn't, it's the "palestinians" vs Israel.
2
Remember when they blamed europeans colonialism for their OWN problems? Good times!
2
8:24 I'm confused... Isn't the intermingling of religion, language, ethnicity and culture AN ADVANTAGE ? When did "diversity" and "multiculturalism" stop being a "strength" ? I'll wait.🪑

La diferencia es el rio Magdalena, que se podia navegar, CdMX no tenia ningun equivalente. Su merced me recordo las ganas de comer almojabanas. Saludos. 👍
2
@budakbaongsiah that is the point. These cleptocrats tha have stolen everything from their citizens, would have had no qualms in ALSO using hyperinflation to steal some more. As you say yourself: the only reason they did not do it was because they couldn't. Your analogy is insufficient. The amputee here is the government. And yes, the citizens should be thankful and rejoice in having a crippled government that had no "hyperinflationary" legs.
1
@TheRealUsername go find top ten countries by inflation rate in a channel called "single digit" tell me which one of those countries was not "in development"
1
@budakbaongsiah because tyrant cleptocrats that have stolen all the wealth for decades would have no problem adding inflation to their sources of ill gotten gains.
1
@budakbaongsiah because politicians that have stolen all the wealth for decades would have no moral barrier to adding inflation to the looting.
1
@TheRealUsername ad magister and ad hominim. Kindergarden debate champion much?
1
@benbouss6849 FALSE. Inflation is always caused by money printing. The sanction narrative is a red herring. According to socialist ideals...isn't global trade a capitalistic tool to undermine local industry and economy?

8:00 This is the pivot of everything And it gets worse if you add that China imports coal from Australia and Indonesia. It is not wise to piss off your suppliers.

@shereef3823 Merida is growing fast, prices are still relatively low but have climbed in recent years Beware that foreigners cannot purchase real estate directly within 50Km from the sea. You have to create a "fideicomiso" with a bank. Don't be scared, my own house is in this status. Working on passing the ownership to my two children that are full mexican citizens. Progreso, Sisal, and Chicxulub Puerto are options if you want to be by the sea. Las Coloradas, Rio Lagarto and Chiquila are far removed and quite rustic, if that is your cup of tea. Note that Yucatan is great November to May... and unbearable hot July thru August. Depending on your age, you may want to consider Valladolid, it will be the next big thing twenty years from now. Izamal will be great thirty years out. I moved in seven years ago, and the continued influx of people validates my original decision. Glad to help.

15:50 the lack of suitable large harbours in the eastern seaboard has shaped Mexico's economy and history for centuries. The concentration of population, wealth and political power in this narrow zone also overlaps with the trade route from China to Europe. Goods coming from China arrived at Acapulco, went over the mountains where taxes and duties were levied, and down to Veracruz for export.

27:22 ji ji 😁 el parque La Fundidora, en Monterrey. 👍😁👍

North Sentinel trade balance: a few dozens coconuts

32:50 "France is building new nuclear reactors".... The french turned out to be the smart ones "Germany is debating..." not so smart Rusia should have understood that the Arab oil embargo backfired for decades.

Fair question. And three weeks later, not a single SJW or progressive as dared to touch it. That in itself is telling. Respectfully
1
Based on the premise that population growth is now capped There is no danger of worldwide famine. Resource usage will also peak. Water consumption will also cease to increase. The doomsday fearmongers of climate change, environmental degradation and existensial fear are ONLY seeking power, before the stable and even declining population makes them irrelevant

Who financed the dam? The video sidesteps this critical point

Narrator: "borders drawn in a distant map room, without regard of ethnic, language, religion, geographical or local political considerations" Everybody: Britain! Britain 🇬🇧: What?, It wasn't me. 🤷 Everybody: ...sorry, force of habit..France 🇫🇷!
1
"stealing civilians" or "taking these peoples back" It is unfortunate to live in time where these phrases are used. This is nothing short of state directed slavery. This is one of the best videos of the channel.

No comments from Greta? wierd

over 40 minutes of fearmongering and speculation not one single hard fact any discussion that doesn' t include the Nkorea' s population pyramid, the reduction in population (specially in the conscript age bracket) is useless RLL, hard F minus

Funny that China did not take the chance to build a "green, sustainable, renewable" energy base Even more funny that they export solar panels, but don't keep them for themselves.

9:50 added cost to the homes... OKEY 10:20 60% of the hospitals collapsed......so are hospitals built as cheaply as the private houses? 8:55 there is a lack of government oversight.... EVEN IN GOVERNMENT BUILT HOSPITALS? The Haiti's earthquake was deadly not because of poverty. But because of rampant government corruption.
1
min 9:30 in twenty seconds "control" "control" "control" "control". All you need to know about collectivists political objectves. Not "cooperation", not "conservation", not even "safekeeping"... just "control"
