  1. This is even more pointless since a large supply of pre-atomic steel is available, without ethical concerns, in Scapa Flow. Salvaging this metal only makes sense if you want to hide the need and the scale of the demand for this particular material.

  2.  @noobster4779  I am sure the German government is willing if they get a share of the sales. The English have a fair share of their OWN ships sunk in Scapa Flow to salvage for their needs of pre-atomic steel.

  3. ​ @Noobster it seems that the "known" demand for low background steel is actually faded to zero since the atmospheric testing treaties stopped nuclear detonations. This would only mean that if you are looking for this metal, the application is purely military and borderline black ops. search the bizarre market for old battleship steel Cheers.
