Accuracy is not a requirement. Fear is the metric. Randomness and "errors" only help that goal The STASI did this without any computers, decades ago. It can be be done, it is really easy to do.

@tobene Once again... why are you assuming "comprehensible" is a requirement? Governments are by and large NOT concerned with accuracy, correctness or comprehensiveness. Just go read a government budget or audit. The amounts that "disappear" into thin air should clear this up to you.

@tobene once again. It matters not if they target the "right" or even a "real" person. Fear is created even if a 80yr old grandmother gets her head blown off in a church for a terrorism warrant. The SCS is not for tracking "suspects", it is NOT about law enforcement, not about justice, not about prevention. It's about widespread fear.

@ericbashir7275 right? I sometimes believe nobody remembers Kafka! There is a joke: two romanians are discussing what is happiness🤔❓ . One says that hapiness is health, travel and a family. The other one says that happiness is being awakend at 3am by knocks on the door and a police man shouting : Franz Morovich, you are under arrest!!!....and shout back: Franz Morovich lives next door! 😁 Most people saw this in the Fifth Element, as entertainment, not a remainder. Regards

The very fact that the ACLU concerns itself with what is happening in another country is a travesty All these organizations are minding and meddling into what is not their business, while pretending to be spokepersons of my interests

@omnomnom5359 trust in who? Why would the cpc have a "trust" issue...if they had been achieving their goal of "fast development"? If you believe that total control is not the goal, then we disagree.
1
@omnomnom5359 as I said. If you believe the cpc has "legitimacy" we disagree. And if you also believe it is a function of government to solve the "trust" problem between citizens, we disagree even more.

It's so cute when they argue that "private banks" collect the data and run the SCS... while ignoring that ALL business and banks are government controlled and at the CPC's beck and call. It is a communist state, with a communist party...remember?

@omnomnom5359 "rightful"? As "god ordained"? Pray do tell, what is the name of the opposition or alternative party that the cpc beat in the last elections? The cpc is the ruler of china, that is a fact. I do not dispute that . I dispute the legitimacy. If you have no interest, then is YOU that should not answer You forget that segregation was law and ordered by the government. Had the government not CREATED segregation, there would be no need to "remove" it

@omnomnom5359 legitimacy does not come from keeping enemies contained in a cell, or an island. Legitimacy does not come from external powers. Legitimacy comes from the consent of the ruled. ONLY. Funny how you don't care, yet you answer. Even funnier that you elude questions. Your attempt to confuse "de facto" violent rule with legitimacy has failed. Maybe try again? As I already demonstrated, not only government must not meddle with the problems of "society"... Everytime they meddle they create or make the problems worse. After that liars, such as yourself, pretend that government "ended" segregation...or slavery...or apartheid... When all these "problems" are creation of government.

@TheZachary86 besides ad hominem, do you have something to say? Don't talk about ME. Try to talk about what I said.
