  1. Exactly. It is deliberate government policy. Let the brain drain continue, have a stable poor political base at home. Skim off taxes from the remittances. AND blame it on "capitalism"!!! It is well designed explotation system BY THE GOVERNMENT.

  2. The author has deep contradictions. At 3:45 it places the blame on "capitalism"... but at 6:50 it's the government acting as broker "to avoid a revolution". Can't have it both ways, you cannot say this ia a capitalist evil when it is an openly declared government policy. Even the house helpers are "forbidden to leave"... guess who stops them? The GOVERNMENT is.
