  2. I make no comment on crypto one way or another. The failure of FTX has nothing to do with the "crypto" aspect of the business This was scam, theft and embezzelment, pure and simple. There already are regulations against this, and they *didn't work". And regulation did not work after ENRON, after Madoff, after sub prime. Regulation does not work. period.
