The proposed "solution" is the same as the cause of the problem. This is a contradiction. //// The scaremongering has gone from a coming ice age, to global warming, to just climate change... and now it's "rapid" climate change. They have decades attempting to instill fear into the population, and they have failed, so now they are demanding "rapid" and "must act now".
