In 2022 Google blocked service in Russia because of SVO (didn't because of invasion in Iraq, Lybia and Syria, also With invation of Palistine Google doesnt See any Problem)) The infrastrutture Is becoming old and not repaired because of Sanctions. YouTube Is Just becoming slow on territory of Russia that Is using partly the global net of Servers that Is used tò provide the Speed of YouTube. That Is all. Anyway Russia has created alternatives. So, why are you showing your ignorance If you do Not know what are you talking about?

  4.  @HavaN5rus  у меня грузит. Ничего не блочат, об этом уже давно говорили, что скорость будет падать из-за того, что российские сервера не обслуживают.
