We humans and all other species today evolved in this particular kind of climate, and now it is changing towards totally different state, also much faster than ever before, so most species won't even have enough time to evolve adaptions to knew state of climate, and will go extinct. As a result, destabilisation of ecosystems, climate systems worldwide, more extreme weather events etc. South Asia and South-East Asia was experiencing borderline lethal combinations of temperature and humidity just as this video came out, and such types of heat waves become more and more common.
