  1.  @noop9k  most educated people know that original communist ideas have little to do with totalitarian centralised system, which existed in USSR. Thus they support democratic socialism, and don't support the ideas of returning the Soviet system.

  2. I am a socialist, for original, democratic socialist ideas. I am from Russia. And I most disappointed in fact, that a significant number of socialists/communists in Russia are just for return of Soviet system, even though it was totalitarian, and didn't actually give means of production to workers themselves, but to the government, and thus created inequality between party officials and everyone else
