@GSG-io8zp it wasn't. USSR never even had communism, they didn't even claim to, they claimed they had "advanced socialism" and the party constantly promised to build communism by certain date. What about time periods, Civil war and Stalinism were worse, but duh, war, and Stalin was very reactionary. The late USSR, after Stalin's death, was much better than Russia before the revolution

@rnt__ Putin's regime is fascist. It fits almost all criteria of fascism. Navalny has been distancing himself from far-right already for a significant amount of time, also protests are not about him personally, but about general suppression of political freedom and insane corruption of Putin's regime.
