Noone has an HD-resolution image of an "unidentified flying object".. oh right, that is because when resolution is better, those objects are actually identified to be something we know about. Also people in military, navy and intelligence agencies aren't as smart and unbiased as you think. They can easily misinterpret some simple physical phenomena (or even artefacts of how optics work), because that is not their area of expertise. They are trained to attribute every event to a potential enemy activity, their professional deformation assures they see patterns of intent and intelligence even when there are none

So Elon is in his own words "saving human race" by trying to pack hundreds of people into tiny rooms on Starship and getting them to Mars as soon as possible (that is what they at SpaceX actually plan, and it's very unrealistic.   22.  @TheShootist  All "Elon's" ideas are actually from other people - Hyperloop was proposed 100 years ago (also, it is a dumb idea), reusable rockets were tested in 1990s, Tesla was actually founded by two other people, and everything else is done by Musk's employees, not by him personally

Those operations they do they do very quickly, but some types of operations they can't do at all. Also, subjective experience. It comes from physical processes within a brain, but can't be reduced to those processes. I am not convinced computers can have any subjective experience. Determinism or no determinism it doesn't change the fact that computer and animal brain are two functionally different systems capable of different types of processes

Such systems emerge through the same process of self-organisation, which we call evolution. In modern day computing, only some kinds of software is "evolving" throw certain algorithms. But hardware, while complex, is "inert".
