@istvanczap3004 yes, but Europe overpopulated in the past. That is why it exported so many people into other continents, where they killed, assimilated or misplaced local indigenous people. Europe was first continent that overpopulated, and caused mass emigration to other places. Yet now its population stabilised. And now Europeans are whining that other continents grow and export their population into Europe, while those people still behave 10000 times better than Europeans did in other places in the past

Ireland is the only country probably which had lower population today than the one it had 200 years ago. Every other country has 2, 5, 10 or even more times higher population today. So Ireland is indeed a special case

Musk is incapable of understanding that trends change? Extrapolating current trends into the future as if they can't change is the dumbest thing one can do. The same way people in the 60s believed human population would continue to grow exponentially forever, and were scared of that, but it didn't happen.
